Please let me know the earliest date on which my services can be dispensed with by the company. But I am now taking the decision to resign as I want to take care of the family and my newborn infant. I am aware that I was to join back the company a week from now on Tuesday, September 8, 2014. I would especially like to convey my gratitude to my sales team for taking care of all my projects while I was away. I want the staff and personnel at the company to know that I really enjoyed working with them all. I know that the company placed great faith in my talents and I am sad that I have to leave after 10 years of loyal service at New Fashions Clothing Limited. But following my pregnancy and the birth of my young daughter, I am unable to compromise on the home front anymore. I was delighted when I was promoted to Head of Sales in May last year. Due to her tender age, I am not comfortable about leaving her in the care of any other person. My newborn daughter is in need of care and I wish to take care of all her requirements. Family compulsions have led me to take the decision to resign from this position. I regret to inform you that I will no longer be able to continue as Head of Sales at New Fashions Clothing Limited due to personal reasons.
